Canada Fashion Network ("CFN," "we," "us," or "our") operates canadafashionnetwork.com and related services (the "Platform"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account information you provide: name, email, phone number, profession, bio, business name, profile photo, and any portfolio content you upload.
Payment information: processed directly by Square, Inc. We do not collect or store your full card number — Square handles payment processing on our behalf. See Square's own privacy policy at squareup.com/legal.
Usage data: pages visited, general engagement, collected via Google Analytics.
Instagram/Facebook data (if you connect a social account): if you use a feature that connects your Instagram or Facebook account, we access only the specific permissions you approve (such as comments on your own posts, for the purpose of automated replies you configure). We do not access your private messages, contacts, or any data outside the permissions you explicitly grant.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to operate your account, process payments, provide customer support, send account-related communications, and — only with your separate, explicit opt-in — send marketing emails or SMS. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
